Carol G Asher

Carol Asher has an extensive background in professional marketing and development for non-profits organizations. Her experience includes raising millions of dollars for organizations that improve the quality of life and economic climate for communities throughout the U.S. Since 2003, Asher has been working both as Executive Director and consultant for the Tipitina’s Foundation directing their development efforts. She has played a leading role in distinguishing the Tipitina’s Foundation as an organization recognized and respected throughout the world. She formerly served as Executive Director of the Legacy Donor Foundation and Vice President of the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation. Asher currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Choice Foundation for Lafayette Academy Charter School and The Arts Council. She is a 1977 graduate of Tulane University.
