George E Matelich

Mr. Matelich has been a Managing Director of Kelso & Company since 1990 and has been affiliated with Kelso & Company since 1985. Mr. Matelich is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Certificate in Management Accounting. Mr. Matelich received a B.A. in Business Administration summa cum laude, from the University of Puget Sound and an M.B.A. (Finance and Business Policy) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Matelich serves as a director of CVR Energy, Inc., Waste Services, Inc., Global Geophysical Services, Inc. and Shelter Bay Energy Inc. He is also a Trustee of the University of Puget Sound and a director of the American Prairie Foundation.
