John A Kocur

JOHN A. KOCUR is retired from the private practice of law. He served as vice chairman of the Company's board of directors from 1988 to 1991. Mr. Kocur was employed by the Company from 1969 until his retirement in 1991, and served as the Company's president from 1979 to 1988. At Apache, he is chairman of the Executive Committee, a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, and a member of the Management Development and Compensation Committee.
