Mr H W Karr died Wednesday at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto, Calif., after a long illness. He was 64 years old and lived in Palm Springs, Calif. In 1962 Mr. Karr, a 1954 graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, was a co-founder of CACI International, now a multimillion-dollar operation based in Arlington, Va. Before that, he was with the Rand Corporation, the General Electric Corporation and the Planning Research Corporation. He was president of CACI from its inception until 1972 and again from 1981 to 1984. He had served as chairman since 1968. He is survived by his wife, Tove Marie Miller Karr; two sons, Randall and Barrett, both of Santa Barbara, Calif.; two daughters, Linda Marie Karr and Karen Anita Karr, both of Los Angeles, and one grandchild.
