Charles P Pizzi

Pizzi served as president and CEO of Tasty Baking Company from 2002 to 2011. He currently serves on the boards of Independence Health Group, Pennsylvania Realty Trust, and Brandywine Realty Trust. Prior to joining Tasty Baking Co., Mr. Pizzi served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce from April 1989 to October 7, 2002. Mr. Pizzi serves as Vice Chairman of Philadelphia Industrial Development Corp. He serves as Deputy Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He has been a Director of Tasty Baking Co. since October 7, 2002. He has been a Trustee of Brandywine Realty Trust, a General Partner of Brandywine Operating Partnership LP. since August 22, 1996. Mr. Pizzi served as a Director of Vestaur Securities Fund since 1997. He serves as Director of Innovation Philadelphia Inc., The Philadelphia Orchestra Association and Grocery Manufacturers Association. Mr. Pizzi serves on a variety of civic, educational, charitable, and other Boards of Directors, including Drexel University, Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Independence Blue Cross, the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and The Day & Zimmermann, Group Inc.
