WILLIAM E. KASSLING has served as a Director since 2001. He is Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Kassling has been Chairman of the Board of Wabtec Corporation (technology-based equipment for the rail industry) since 1990. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Wabtec from May 2004 to February 2006 and President of Wabtec from May 2004 to February 2006.
