Scott founded ProcureNetworks, Inc. an internet startup that provides web-based procurement for state and local government and received financial and technical investment from Microsoft and Accenture. Scott has also worked in the commercial real estate, real estate investment, global private equity, and financial services industries, more recently as a Vice President with JPMorgan Chase. Scott served for eight years in the Arizona State Legislature - two years in the Arizona House of Representatives, as Vice Chairman of the House Banking Committee, and six years as a State Senator as Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee. Scott earned his MBA from Thunderbird, the School of Global Management, and his BS degree from Grand Canyon University, a private liberal arts university located in Arizona.
