(NASDAQ), a developer of pharmaceutiand agents to fight biocal agents to fight bio-warfare pathogens warfare pathogens. Former President and Director of MacAndrews & Forbes and Revlon Group. Mr. Slovin, a graduate of Cornell University and the Harvard Law School, was chairman of the executive committee and a director of Revlon and president and director of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings and of Pantry Pride Inc. He is a son of Arnie Slovin of North Miami Beach, Fla., and the late Samuel Slovin, who was president of the Apparel Manufacturing Company.
