For almost 25 years now, I’ve practiced as a litigator, mediator, and corporate attorney focused on mergers & acquisitions, finance, intellectual property and commercial transactions at firms like Skadden Arps and Zuber Lawler. Today, my practice focuses on finance, mergers & acquisitions, securities law and technology transactions. I’m also an equity partner and the leader of the New Technology Group at Zuber Lawler. Our clients include private equity, hedge and real estate funds, investors, family offices, fundless sponsors, middle market companies and technology companies at all stages as well as over 15 Fortune 500 clients and government entities both US-based and abroad.
