Joseph Cutrono is the Manager of the Innovation Strategy Team at Ultimate Software. He and his team are currently working on testing out new product ideas that combine the latest in technology and HCM trends. He has worked for Ultimate Software for over 10 years building Human Capital Management (HR) software. Joseph is an active contributor to innovative technologies such as introducing an adaptive object model to allow end users to modify the core entities of the system on the fly. Joseph holds a Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida. He has been an active member of the University of Florida Computer Science Industry Advisory Board for 7 years. He has constantly and successfully pushed for innovative technologies to be brought into the curriculum.
