Jeffrey A Rosen

Jeffrey A. Rosen is a Managing Director of Lazard LLC. He has more than 30 years' working knowledge of international investment banking, in which time he has advised leading corporations in the US, Europe and Asia on mergers, acquisitions and related corporate finance issues. He served as Head of Continental European investment banking business of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Mr. Rosen served as Managing Director of Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. since its inception in 1988 and Managing Director of Wasserstein Perella International. He served as Managing Director of First Boston Corporation in New York. Mr. Rosen serves as the Chairman of Lazard & Co. S.r.l. He served as the Chairman of Wasserstein Perella International. Mr. Rosen also served as Deputy Chairman of Lazard Ltd. and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He has been Non-Executive Director for WPP PLC (Formerly, Wpp 2005 Plc and Wpp Group Plc) since December 20, 2004. Mr. Rosen serves as a Trustee of the International Center of Photography. He serves as a Member of European Advisory Board of the International Advisory Board of BABi. Mr. Rosen serves as a Member of Advisory Council of Lutetia Capital SAS. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of The British-American Business Council. Mr. Rosen served as a Director of Lazard Ltd. He served as a Member of European Advisory Board of Lazard Ltd. Mr. Rosen served as an Executive Director of Credit Suisse First Boston in London. He serves as a Member of the Council on Foreign Relation, the successor of the British American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Rosen graduated from Yale University and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
