Robert Phillips

Robert Phillips oversees the strategic direction, fiscal stewardship and overall management of Alluma, a nonprofit company that leverages technology to improve access to health care and social services. He assumed the role of president and CEO in 2017, bringing more than two decades of experience in health policy, health systems, technology, philanthropy and strategic consulting to the position. Before joining Social Interest Solutions, Phillips worked at Kaiser Permanente, The California Endowment and Sierra Health Foundation. Other previous employers include PolicyLink, Service Employees International Union and the AFL-CIO. A former glee club singer, Phillips holds master’s degrees from Syracuse University and Harvard University Morehouse College, Syracuse University, Harvard University
