Martha Clark Lofgren

Martha Clark Lofgren, who co-founded Brewer Lofgren, specializes in advocacy before government agencies on land entitlement, regulatory issues, transportation funding, affordable housing and economic development. She uses her experience as Folsom’s city manager and city attorney from 1994 to 2006 to negotiate deals and find collaborative solutions. Lofgren has served in leadership roles with the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Valley Vision, American Leadership Forum, Folsom Lake College Foundation and B Street Theatre.
