Thomas W Dickson

Dickson was president and CEO of Harris Teeter Supermarkets Inc. from 1997 until its sale to Kroger Co. in 2014. He was chairman of the board from 2006 until 2014. He was appointed to the ConAgra board In accordance with an agreement between ConAgra and JANA Partners LLC. He also is a director of Brixmor Property Group Inc.
