Significant multi-unit franchise restaurant real estate, development and operating experience over the past 25 years, beginning first with the build-up as Chairman and CEO from 1991 to 1995 of Southern California Food Services Holdings Corp. from 10 to 65 units, into one of the largest Wendy’s franchisees with restaurants in Ventura County & San Diego, CA and Knoxville, TN Focused on investing in and managing nationally-franchised restaurant businesses, serving as the current President & CEO of one of the nations largest Taco Bell and IHOP franchise businesses; previously President & CEO of a 79-unit Pizza Hut franchise business, as well as a separate 27-unit IHOP franchise portfolio, both of which were subsequently sold Extensive experience in leading the Company’s real estate development & sale-leaseback transactions and financings through the restaurant businesses, having closed dozens of sale-leaseback deals and real estate acquisitions over the past 25 years in building the portfolio of SEIPH and through the management of the restaurant businesses Founded Prometheus Partners, the parent of SEIPH, in early 1996, prior to which Mr. Peters was a founding partner at a New York-based private equity firm for six years; previously, Mr. Peters began his career as a member of Chase Investment Bank’s Corporate Finance, Swaps, Debt Syndications, and Financing Institutions Groups and as a Director at Ehrlich Bober International, Inc. after obtaining his MBA from Cornell University and BBA from Adelphi University
