is the Catherine A. Rein Professor of Law at New York University and a visiting professor at Harvard Law School. She has written extensively on labor and employment law. She previously taught at the University of Texas Law School, where she served as an Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, and at Columbia Law School. Prior to entering law teaching, Ms. Estlund clerked for Patricia Wald of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and practiced law for several years, primarily with the labor law firm of Bredhoff & Kaiser in Washington, D.C.
