Nathan Curtis Pringle, Jr. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 27, 1954. He was the son of Julia and Nathan C. Pringle, Sr. On the afternoon of September 24, 2017, Nate departed peacefully with his family by his side. Nate grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and as a young adult lived in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and most recently resided in Alexandria, Virginia. Nate distinguished himself at Central High School of Philadelphia, where he graduated in 1972. He then went to undergraduate school at the University of Pittsburgh followed by Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia. Nathan C. Pringle, Jr. Attorney At Law practiced initially as an EEOC Appellate Review Officer in 1979. He went on to become the Deputy Chief Counsel in the Governor's Office of Administration for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 2000, he fulfilled a lifelong dream when he opened his own private practice as a Civil Rights and Employment Law Practitioner. Nate was a frequent traveler, loved jazz, watching movies, collecting fine art, photography and comic books. While living in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Nate volunteered for the Boys and Girls Club and was a member of the Board of Directors. Nate taught and encouraged many young adults throughout his life. On August 18, 1979, Nate married the love of his life, Becky Pringle, a former Susquehanna Township Middle School teacher and the current Vice President of the National Education Association. They have been happily married for 38 years. Nate is survived by his wife, Becky, his children Nate and Lauren, his daughters in-law,LaShon and LaQuet, and his grandson, Carter.
