Marc Lipschultz joined KKR in 1995 and is the global head of KKR's energy and infrastructure business. He serves as a member of KKR's infrastructure investment committee and its oil and gas investment committee. Mr. Lipschultz has played a leading role in many investments, including DPL, International Transmission Company, Texas Genco, EFH, East Resources, Hilcorp Resources, RPM Energy, El Paso Midstream and Colonial Pipeline. Currently, he is on the board of Accel-KKR Company. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Lipschultz was with Goldman Sachs & Co., where he was involved in a broad array of mergers and acquisitions as well as the firm's principal investment activities. He received a bachelor's degree, Honors and Distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, from Stanford University and a master's of business administration with High Distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School. He is involved in a variety of nonprofit organizations, serving as chair of the Center for Curatorial Studies and as a member of the boards of the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research, Bard College, Common Good, Michael J. Fox Foundation and Mount Sinai Medical Center.
