He holds the Koch Chair in Catholic Studies and is a full professor in the department of Catholic Studies. He is the co-author and co-editor of nine books and over 50 articles. He helped coordinate and write the Vocation of the Business Leader issued by the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace (2012), which has been translated into 15 languages.
