Nathan represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, and has considerable expertise in both the government and healthcare sectors. He also advises candidates, political committees, and corporations on a variety of regulatory and political law issues. Before joining Michael Best, Nathan was Associate Counsel for the Republican National Committee, where he advised the organization’s leadership, as well as state parties, on a broad array of legal matters. He also served as Associate Counsel for the 58th Presidential Inaugural Committee, where he worked with the National Park Service and District of Columbia’s Department of Transportation to plan and permit public events for the inauguration.
