Kathryn P Dickson

Dickson is in her current position and president of Mattel's American Girl subsidiary since 2016. Previously, she was chief marketing officer for News America Marketing Inc., a subsidiary of News Corp. She spent more than 23 years with General Mills, serving in marketing leadership roles, concluding with VP, marketing and general manager of Old El Paso and Betty Crocker Dinners.
