Robert W Holman Jr

Robert W. Holman, Jr. has served as one of our Directors since 1999. He is Chairman of our Compensation Committee and a member of our Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Holman was co-founder of TriNet Corporate Realty Trust, Inc., or TriNet, a NYSE-listed company that iStar acquired in 1999, and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. He was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of TriNet's predecessor, Holman/Shidler Corporate Capital, Inc., for ten years. He has structured, acquired, financed and managed several billion dollars of commercial and corporate assets in 40 states and Canada. Mr. Holman co-founded and was a Senior Executive and Director of Watkins Pacific Corporation, a public multi-national.
