Mark B McClellan

In his current position since 2015, he is also professor of Business, Medicine, and Policy at Duke University. Previously, he served as director of the initiative on value and innovation in health care at The Brookings Institution. From 2004-2006 he was administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and previously was commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He twice received the Kenneth J. Arrow Award For outstanding research in health economics.
