Michael E. Kelly serves as Executive Chairman at Asian Coast Development (Canada) Ltd. Mr. Kelly served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Legends Gaming LLC and Louisiana Riverboat Gaming Partnership. Mr. Kelly served as Manager, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of Majestic Star Casino LLC since January 1 1999, with overall responsibility for the daily operations and served as its Chief Financial Officer from April 1996 to October 2002. Mr. Kelly also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Majestic Star Casino LLC, from April 1996 through December 31, 1998, with overall responsibility for its financial reporting and investor relations functions. From October 1998 through October 2001, Mr. Kelly also served as Majestic Star Casino LLC's General Manager. Mr. Kelly served as the Manager, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of Majestic Investor Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Majestic Investor, LLC, since January 1, 1999. Mr. Kelly served as the Vice President of BDI a holding company of Majestic Star Casino LLC, since April 1996. He served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of Barden Nevada Gaming LLC, Barden Mississippi Gaming LLC, Barden Colorado Gaming LLC, which are subsidiaries of Majestic Star Casino LLC. He also served as Manager of Barden Mississippi Gaming LLC. Mr. Kelly served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Manager of Majestic Investor, LLC, a subsidiary of Majestic Star Casino LLC. From 1982 to 1996, Mr. Kelly was employed in various senior finance and administrative functions by Harrah's Hotel & Casino in New Jersey and Nevada, by Fitzgeralds Gaming Corporation and by Empress River Casino Corporation and its affiliates. He has been a Director of Majestic Investor Capital Corp., a subsidiary of Majestic Investor Holdings, LLC, since August 24, 2001. Coordinates operations and strategic direction of company and resides full-time in Vietnam. Over 30 years of senior management experience at the helm of several leading gaming firms. Joined ACDL in September 2015, has owned and operated two resort casinos for his own account. Formed a new team to accelerate development of The Ho Tram Strip including The Grand.
