Paulo Periquito was named President of Whirlpool International on June 5, 2007, now responsible for Latin America, Europe and Asia region. Prior to joining Multibrᳬ Periquito held several positions with Alcoa Alumí®©o S.A. ? a Latin American subsidiary of Aluminum Company of America for more than 20 years. A native of Recife in Pernambuco, Brazil, Periquito holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
