Thomas Daffron

Daffron also has a wide variety of experience in the private sector. As Executive Vice President at Chesapeake Enterprises, he provided government relations and public affairs consulting services to a variety of organizations. He was the Director of Government and Public Affairs for the International Paper Company in Maine and the Associate Director of Public Relations for the University of Chicago. He has also been the Senior Vice President and COO for the Baltimore Orioles. Daffron began his career as a reporter for the Miami Herald and reporter and editorial writer for the Wilmington News-Journal. Daffron earned an A.B. from Brown University and an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia.
