August Cianciolo

General Cianciolo joined The SPECTRUM Group in August of 1993 as a consultant on marketing products and services to the Army. His extensive experience and knowledge of the defense acquisition process has helped clients achieve successful contract experiences. His critical analyses of client business plans and resource allocations have enabled clients to improve their professionalism and customer knowledge. He has worked with a wide variety of businesses, many of whom understood their government customer but needed assurance that their offerings were responsive and affordable to customer needs, were supported within the service, and that the client was recognized as a value added supplier. He was also Project Manager for two major Army weapon systems programs, one involving international participation by four NATO countries. General Cianciolo served as Senior Vice President of Cypress International before joining The SPECTRUM Group. General Cianciolo holds a B. S. degree in Business Administration from Xavier University and an M.S. degree from the University of Southern California.
