William G Walter

William G. Walter chairman, president and chief executive officer of FMC Corporation, an agriculture, specialty and industrial chemical company, since 2001. Mr. Walter served as executive vice president of FMC Corporation from 2000 to 2001 and vice president and general manager of FMC's Specialty Chemicals Group from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Walter is a member of the board of directors of the American Chemistry Council and of the National Association of Manufacturers. He is also a member of The Business Roundtable and serves on its Environment, Technology and Economy and International Trade and Investment task forces. In addition, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Director since January 1, 2005.
