David J Millstone

David James Millstone is the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer at 40 North Management LLC since February 2009 and also serves as a Managing Principal. Mr. Millstone co-founded the firm. He has extensive operational and investment experience. Mr. Millstone has served as Vice Chairman of GAF since November 2009. Since February 2011, he has also served as Vice Chairman of Route 70 Services LLC. Mr. Millstone also serves as the Vice Chairman of GAF and Specialty Granules Inc. He has been a Director of Sol-Wind LLC since November 2012. Mr. Millstone serves on the Board of Advisors of the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance. From November 2009 to August 2011, he served as Vice Chairman of International Specialty Products Inc. Mr. Millstone is a member of the Yale Development Council. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Millstone also graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. from Yale University.
