Joseph V Del Raso

Joseph V. Del Raso is a partner in the Commercial Department of Pepper Hamilton LLP. Mr. Del Raso leads the firm’s Investment Management Practice Group and is chair of the firm’s Italian Desk and a practice leader for mutual funds of the firm’s Funds Services Practice Group. He is a past member of Pepper’s Executive Committee. Mr. Del Raso concentrates his practice in securities, with a special emphasis on matters arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the related Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Mr. Del Raso also represents clients in telecommunications, construction and manufacturing businesses, and he headed the firm’s representation of the Republican National Committee for its convention in Philadelphia in 2000, including assisting the RNC with contract negotiations and all related issues regarding the convention.
