She had a 33-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, retiring in 2015 as global strategy officer. Earlier positions included U.S. sector lead for the firm's Technology, Media and Telecom practice and CFO. She is a director of Texas Instruments Inc. and Integer Holdings Corp.
