Ralph Collins Walter

Ralph Collins Walter is the Vice Chairman and Adviser to Executive Management Committee at Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management, LLC. He joined the firm in 2000. Mr. Walter is also currently employed at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. Previously, Mr. Walter was the Chief Administrative Officer at ABN AMRO Inc. and served in a similar capacity at The Chicago Corporation before its acquisition by ABN AMRO in 1997. He has also served as the Chairman of Accounting and Finance Department at Northeastern Illinois University where he taught Theoretical Finance and Business Strategy. Mr. Walter is a Member of Phi Beta Kappa, a Board Member of the Kayne-ERAS Center and the United States Council of Wycliffe Hall, University of Oxford, England. He is a Trustee of Knox College. Mr. Walter is a C.F.A. charter holder. He earned a D.Phil. in Theology from the Saint Alcuin House, an M.A. degree in Economics from the Indiana University, and a B.A. degree in Mathematics from the Knox College.
