Jeffrey A Klopf

Jeffrey A. Klopf serves as a Senior Vice President and Secretary of Homestead Village, Incorporated. Mr. Klopf joined Global Signal Inc. in November 2005 and served as its Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since November 2005. Prior to joining Global Signal, Mr. Klopf was Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Security Capital Group, a real estate operating and investment management company, from 1996 to May 2002. From May 2002 to December 2003, he worked for General Electric Capital Corporation overseeing the transition of the Security Capital businesses to GE Capital. Prior to working for Security Capital, he was a partner in the law firm of Mayer Brown Rowe & Mawe from 1988 to 1995. Mr. Klopf holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University and law degree from Cornell Law School.
