Yuri Vanetik

Russian born US financier, Yuri Vanetik practiced corporate law in the 1990s. Yuri Vanetik then became involved in energy related projects in Asia, US, and Eastern Europe. Yuri Vanetik is a philanthropist and political activist, supporting libertarian-leaning think thanks and related policy institutions. He is committed to many different causes, related to the arts, children’s health, pressing political issues, and his personal business endeavors. None of these enterprises, however, are as important nor as fulfilling as his passion for education, which cuts across many disciplines Mr. Vanetik earned his Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies with focus on Political Science, History and Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings and then went onto the Anderson Business School at UCLA, where he studied management.
