Bill Keating

US Representative for Massachussets' 10th and 9th districts (the same district, actually, merely renumbered in 2013) which includes Cape Cod and much of the coast of Massachussets, South of Quincy. An attorney and politician, Bill Keating was a representative then a senator in the Massachussets legislature. He then was District Attorney for three consecutive terms (1998-2010), before being elected to the US Congress.
