Joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2015. Katherine S. Krone is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the Firm's Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Krone was a senior partner and a practice leader with Korn Ferry and Egon Zehnder International, advising boards of directors and CEOs on topics including the CEO's evolving leadership challenges, leadership transitions & succession, executive leadership teams, management and boardroom dynamics, strategy development & alignment, M&A, and all aspects of organization design, culture, governance and people strategy. Prior to Egon Zehnder, with Deloitte, Mercer, and Bank of America, Ms. Krone advised Fortune 500 global enterprises, investors and high growth ventures at the intersection of strategy, organization systems and leadership, including growth and innovation strategy, crisis & turnaround interventions, pre-deal due diligence / M&A restructuring, globalization, sales effectiveness/ customer experience, organization architecture, and transformational change. Ms. Krone works closely with Thomas H. Lee Partners' portfolio companies to build high performance boards and senior leadership teams, design agile organizations for growth, formulate growth strategies and align the teams with the direction of choice, and tackle urgent talent, organizational, culture and management challenges. Ms. Krone holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and dual M.S. degrees in Technology and Risk Management from Georgia State University. She attended Harvard Extension Program in Organizational Behavior.
