Professor Pearce has delivered the Baker & McKenzie Lecture on Legal Ethics at Loyola Chicago Law School, the inaugural Louis D. Brandeis Lecture at Pepperdine Law School and the inaugural William D. Brahms Lecture on Law and Religion at Case Western Reserve Law School. He has also received the Sanford D.
