Dr. White received approximately 931.7 million votes in favor of his election as compared to Carl C. Icahn, who received approximately 717.1 million votes in favor of his election. All remaining Board nominees were re-elected with at least 1.6 billion votes, or more than 96% of the votes cast in the election of directors.
