Dr. James Tatoian, a seasoned scientific investigator with more than 25 years of experience in the field of electromagnetics and advanced radar systems. Before cofounding Eureka, Dr. Tatoian served as Senior Vice President of Research & Development Laboratories, a high-tech firm specializing in airborne and space-borne radar applications. Dr. Tatoian holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the California Institute of Technology.
