Mr. Ibarguen previously served as Chairman of Miami Herald Publishing Co., a Knight Ridder subsidiary, and as publisher of The Miami Herald and of El Nuevo Herald. He is a member of the board of The Council on Foreign Relations, a member of the Trustees' Council of the National Gallery of Art, a member of the Advisory Council of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and the Chairman of the Board of The Newseum in Washington, D.C.
