Doug Boggs focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, international project finance, private equity, venture capital and securities. Doug frequently assists clients in structuring creative arrangements to acquire, develop, protect and distribute entities, assets, technologies, and products both domestically and internationally. He has extensive experience with deal structuring's, negotiations, equity financings, debt financings, equity compensation matters, intellectual property licensing, complex corporate partnering transactions, corporate governance and SEC disclosures. In addition, he is chair of the firm’s International Business practice, and maintains an active practice in the area of international finance, concentrating on infrastructure finance, public-private partnerships and project finance. He has represented investors, operators and government entities in transactions in energy, commodities, transportation, mining, oil and gas, power generation and transmission facilities, and water and waste facilities.
