The WDF Inc. Team is comprised of 800-900 employees upon whom business can count. The senior leadership of Lawrence Roman, Chairman and Joseph M. LoCurto, President and CEO represent more than 70 years of combined business excellence and building for private and public owners and agencies. Mr. LoCurto, particularly, brings a wealth of successful experience and deep knowledge in building infrastructure. Supporting the mission and vision set forth by the senior leadership is Chief Operating Officer, Massimo Viti. Mr. Viti with strong management skills and keen estimating insight spearheads the teams of Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Estimators, Project Executives, Procurement Personnel, Project Managers and an exceptional group of accounting and administrative staffers who are each integral in following the WDF Way of doing business.
