Andrew Quigley is a partner and Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Quigley joined the firm in 2002 and has over 20 years of experience representing clients on a variety of M&A assignments including buy-side, sell-side, special committee, defense, fairness opinion, divestiture and merger transactions in both the public and private domain as well as debt financings and restructurings. Mr. Quigley has executed transactions in a range of industries, including healthcare services, healthcare products, retail, distribution, general industrial and consumer products sectors. At Peter J. Solomon Company, Mr. Quigley's clients have included: Cardinal Health, Inc.; Del Laboratories, Inc.; Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc.; DIMON Inc.; Fred's Inc.; Harrah's Entertainment, Inc.; Kinray, Inc.; McKesson Corporation; Medivance Inc.; Niagara Corporation; Novologix Inc.; Office Depot, Inc.; Priority Healthcare Corp.; Tokyo Electric Power Company; and Walgreen Company. Prior to joining PJSC, Mr. Quigley was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Securities in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and also worked in various positions in Chemical Bank's Private Banking Group. Mr. Quigley received an M.B.A. degree with distinction from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. in Economics from the Trinity School of Arts and Sciences at Duke University.
