Mark Thompson

Thompson has previously served as head of Huntington’s corporate strategy group, as executive vice president, CFO of Citizens/RBS Retail and Business Banking segment, and in various executive roles for Lenders Service Inc., Hatfield Phillips Inc., Admiralty Advisors Inc., Commonwealth Mortgage Company Inc., and KPMG Peat Marwick. He is a former a certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. At Huntington, Thompson is the executive sponsor for the company’s Military Business Resource Group, a voluntary, employee-driven group focused on making an impact in the lives of Huntington’s military colleagues and their families. Thompson is also a board member of the United Way of Central Ohio. A graduate of Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Science and a master’s degree in Finance, Thompson and his wife Jane have three children: Shelby, Chad and Parker.
