Prior to starting Leapfrog, which provides remote IT infrastructure management, Arnold acquired NCC LP, a local distributor of consumer goods to convenience stores and mass merchandisers. After acquiring the company through a leveraged buyout, Arnold spent the next 15 years building NCC into one of Georgia's five largest privately held companies. Before acquiring NCC, Arnold spent nearly 10 years with Coca-Cola USA, where she was the Marketing Manager for Coke's first plastic beverage containers. She was named the 2002 Small Business Person of the Year by the Metropolitan Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Business Chronicle and received the 2004 Lettie Pate Whitehead Evans Award for outstanding performance as a corporate director. In 2006, Arnold was inducted into the YWCA Academy of Women Achievers. She serves on the Board of Trustees of EARTH University Foundation and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She is also on the Board of Visitors of The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University as well as its Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship, The Board of Councilors of The Carter Center, the Board of Directors of two NYSE firms and the Technology Association of Georgia.
