Kay Christensen

Kay Christensen, Chief of the Idaho Attorney General’s Contracts and Administrative Law Division, is Attorney General Wasden’s representative on the commission. She has extensive experience advising state boards and commissions on issues relating to administrative law, the open meeting and public record acts, and interpretation of statutes and rules. Among her many volunteer opportunities, Kay formerly served as president of the board of directors for a local non-profit educational entity. She currently chairs the Idaho State Bar Commission’s Character and Fitness Committee. An Idaho native, Kay is a loyal University of Idaho Vandal.
