Scott Richman

Scott. J. Richman is an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office. Prior to his current position, Mr. Richman was the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Althea M. Handy in the Baltimore City Circuit Court. Mr. Richman graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he was a member of the editorial board for the Maryland Law Review. Mr. Richman received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland where he worked as one of CAPC’s first undergraduate research assistants and also participated in the Capitol Hill Internship Program.
