Gerard C Higgins

Jerry Higgins is a Senior Representative with Pearson Arts and Sciences Publishers. In this role Mr. Higgins works in representing, developing and finding textbooks in social sciences and humanities at Higher Education Institutions from the DC area through New England. He has worked in the past with CAPC Director Paul Herrnson to publish several of his books on American politics. Mr. Higgins received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
