For over 25 years, Doug has been providing strategic and operational consulting and management services for Fortune 500 firms. He has extensive experience in organizational change, business process reengineering, sourcing strategy, transaction development, and supplier management. Throughout his career, he has either worked for or been engaged by industry-leading companies to design strategies to resolve operational delivery challenges, as well as radically reduce operating costs through various project-based initiatives. These efforts are often conducted under his leadership with multi-disciplined teams. Doug’s primary focus is on large-scale IT sourcing engagements that target the creation of back-office delivery and sourcing strategies, including their implementation through follow-on transaction structuring, RFP development, supplier negotiations and selection, retained organization development, and provider management activities. He was formerly a Consulting Principal with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman for 12 years focused on outsourcing activities and prior to that a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers focused on business process reengineering. Doug has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
