Over the past 20 years, Dan McMahon has led 30+ enterprises through business, operational, and globalization migrations as a senior executive, external advisor, and outsourcing service provider. He offers a pragmatic approach to strategy, vendor evaluation, and contract development that considers the financial and operational nuances required to maximize client value and vendor delivery. In this capacity, he has helped clients reduce annual costs by more than $1 billion. Prior to joining Pace Harmon, Dan was vice president of strategy and development at Alliance Data Systems, and a principal with Infosys Technologies and Diamond Technology Partners. Dan works with executives to lead and implement globalization strategies. His experience in and knowledge of the global marketplace produces contracts and relationships that are aligned with the business, financial, and performance requirements of Application Development and Maintenance (ADM), Infrastructure Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services contracts, among others. Dan also serves as Pace Harmon Vendor Liaison and meets with outsourcing providers regularly to understand their business plans and marketplace developments. Dan has an MBA from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University.
